Please Note: Full Conference and One Day Registrations are also available on the Exhibitor and Speaker Registration Forms. Exhibitor registrations will receive access to exhibit hall during set-up/tear-down/show hours.
Individual Registration Cancelation and Refund PolicyCancelations will be accepted through April 8, 2019, and must be received in writing, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $75.00 for individual registration. If your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a fee if you cancel. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 8, 2019, or for no-shows, except for deployed forces with orders. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference. The cancelation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations. Government registrations will receive full refunds at any time. Please send cancelations to email@example.com.
Registration TransferTo transfer your registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with ALL of the following: the substitute's full name (including prefix and suffix), position title, email address, work address, work phone, mobile phone number, and an emergency contact name and phone number. If the substitute's membership category is different from the original registrant, the registration fee difference will be charged.
Beginning Friday, May 3 (4:00 pm, EST), we are no longer able to process a registration transfer requested by email, it must be done onsite. Please have the substitute go to the Full-Service Registration Counter with the primary registrant's confirmation email.

SAME is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances. SAME does not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any SAME event, either in person or via electronic means.
We expect all event participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, and staff to:
• Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
• Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
• Wear your event badge at all times, with your name on it.
• Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct; inappropriate physical contact (e.g., unwelcome sexual advances, groping, sexual assault); physical, written, verbal, or other abuse as determined by SAME and its representatives, in their sole discretion; failing to obey any rules or regulations of the venue and SAME.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in SAME’s sole discretion, without refund.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior:
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being treated poorly, or have additional concerns, please contact any member of the SAME National Office on-site, or by contacting email@example.com.
We expect all participants to follow this Code of Conduct at all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the SAME event, and all related social events. The policy may be revised at any time by SAME without notice.
