One Day (Wednesday) Registration: Wednesday Education and General Sessions, access to Exhibit Hall during show hours on Wednesday, Networking Lunch and Opening Reception (offsite) on Wednesday.
One Day (Thursday) Registration: Reception Package - Opening Reception on Wednesday and Networking Reception on Thursday, Thursday Education and General Sessions, Breakfast on Thursday, access to Exhibit Hall during Show hours on Thursday, including Networking Lunch.
One Day (Friday) Paid Registration: Friday Education and General Sessions, access to Exhibit Hall during show hours on Friday, Breakfast and Networking Lunch on Friday and the Society Reception and Society Ball (only registration that includes the Society Ball)
Speaker One Day (Day of Speaking): All items listed on the specific day above, with the exception of Friday. Complimentary registrations do not include the Society Reception or the Society Ball. It will be available as an add-on item.
Exhibit Hall Only Registration: Exhibit Hall access (including set-up and tear-down), Meals in the Exhibit Hall, Reception Package - Opening Reception on Wednesday and Networking Reception on Thursday. (This registration type is only available to exhibiting companies).
Please Note: Full Conference and One Day Registrations are also available on the Exhibitor and Speaker Registration Forms. Exhibitor registrations will receive access to exhibit hall during set-up/tear-down/show hours.
Individual Registration Cancelation and Refund PolicyCancelations will be accepted through May 4, 2020, and must be received in writing, to email@example.com. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $75.00 for individual registration. If your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a fee if you cancel. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after May 4, 2020, or for no-shows, except for deployed forces with orders. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference. The cancelation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations. Government registrations will receive full refunds at any time. Please send cancelations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration TransferTo transfer your registration, please email email@example.com with ALL of the following information: current registrant's name, the substitute's full name (prefix and suffix), position title, email address, work address, work phone number, cell phone number and an emergency contact name and phone number. We also need to know their Attendee Category (for Private Industry please indicate the # of employees with the Company), Small Business designations, if applicable; the individual's main job responsibility, their seniority level (entry, mid, senior), the States in which your company does business (All 50 states is an option), Primary NAICS Code, DUNS #, if applicable. Also, will they be attending the Opening Reception on Wednesday or the Society Ball on Friday (not included with most registrations). PLEASE NOTE: If the substitute's membership category is different from the original registrant, the registration fee difference will be charged.
Beginning Friday, May 22 (4:00 pm, EST), we are no longer able to process a registration transfer requested by email, it must be done onsite. Please have the substitute go to the Full-Service Registration Counter with the primary registrant's confirmation email.

SAME does not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any SAME event, either in person or via electronic means.
We expect all event participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, and staff to:
• Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
• Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
• Wear your event badge at all times, with your name on it.
• Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct; inappropriate physical contact (e.g., unwelcome sexual advances, groping, sexual assault); physical, written, verbal, or other abuse as determined by SAME and its representatives, in their sole discretion; failing to obey any rules or regulations of the venue and SAME.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in SAME’s sole discretion, without refund.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior:
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being treated poorly, or have additional concerns, please contact any member of the SAME National Office on-site, or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
We expect all participants to follow this Code of Conduct at all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the SAME event, and all related social events. The policy may be revised at any time by SAME without notice.
