Registration
The 2025 Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC) will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. JETC pricing is structured to allow for maximum discounts to early registrants and SAME members. You can purchase an SAME Individual membership during the registration process. Registration pricing is Subject to Change. Registration will open on/about January 29, 2025.

SAME recognizes the company business sizes based on the following employee count:
Small Business: 100 employees or less
Medium Business: 101- 2,000 employees
Large Business: 2,001 employees and more
Young Professionals (YP) are those aged 39 and younger; Membership and birth date required to qualify for YP rates. Your member record must reflect YP status.
One Day Pass:
One Day passes may be purchased for attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday. Multiple One Day registrations cannot be purchased. Speakers are provided a complimentary pass for the day in which they are presenting; multiple one-day passes cannot be requested.

Exhibit Hall Only Registration: Exhibit Hall access (including set-up and tear-down), Tuesday Evening Opening Reception, Meals in the Exhibit Hall, Networking Reception in Exhibit Hall on Wednesday. Please note: This registration type is available to exhibiting companies ONLY.
*All other special events can be added to a Registration during the registration process. If you have already registered and would like to add an event, please contact registration@same.org for assistance.
Please Note: Full Conference and One Day Registrations are also available on the Exhibitor and Speaker Registration Forms. Booth Staff registrations will receive access to exhibit hall during set-up/tear-down/show hours.
Payment Methods
Registrations can be paid by credit card, by ACH, or by check and must be paid in full within 10 business days of registration. All balances due must be paid prior to the start of the conference to receive badge and conference materials. Payment by check will not be available after April 18, 2025, to allow for mailing and processing time. *Check payments must be received by Friday, April 25, 2025.*
Cancelation and Refund Policy
Cancelations will be accepted through April 18, 2025, and must be received in writing, to registration@same.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $100.00 for individual registration. If your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 18, 2025, or for no-shows, except for Government attendees. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference; instructions are below.
The cancelation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations. Government registrations will receive full refunds at any time.
Registration Transfer
To transfer your registration to someone else in your company, please have the substitute register for JETC. When they get to the Payment page, click the down arrow for the “Payment Method” and select “send invoice” from the menu. They should complete the Registration, but do not pay. Then, send an email to registration@same.org when this is completed to request the transfer. Your original registration will be canceled and the fee paid will be transferred to the substitute’s registration. *If the substitute’s fee is different (member vs non-member, difference in registration fee category, etc.) the difference will be charged.* Requests for a registration transfer must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern Time (EDT) on Friday, May 9, 2025. After this date/time, the substitute will need to visit the Help Desk to complete a registration transfer.
