SAME's JETC is strategically aligned with federal government agencies' core objectives. It fosters collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing among military, government, and industry leaders, ensuring that participants are equipped to advance their missions effectively and contribute to national security goals.
JETC will be held at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Early registrants and SAME members receive the best pricing. You can purchase an SAME Individual membership during the registration process.

SAME defines company size categories based on employee count:
Small Business: 100 or fewer employees
Medium Business: 101- 2,000 employees
Large Business: 2,001 or more employees
Young Professional Members (YP) are aged 39 and younger. SAME membership and birth date on file are required to qualify for YP rates. Your member record must reflect YP status prior to registering.
One-Day Pass:
One-Day passes are available for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, with a limit of one pass per registrant. Speakers receive a complimentary pass for the day of their presentation and may not receive additional one-day passes.

(Please note: the Society Ball & Awards Gala is NOT included with any registration except the Spouse/Guest Full Conference Registration.)
Spouse/Guest Full Conference: General and Education Sessions, Tuesday Evening Opening Reception, Wednesday Evening Networking Reception, Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, access to Exhibit Hall during show hours; Society Ball (only included with Spouse/Guest full conference registration).
One-Day (Tuesday) Registration: General and Education Sessions on Tuesday, Tuesday Evening Opening Reception, access to Exhibit Hall during show hours on Tuesday, Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday.

Exhibit Hall Only Registration: Exhibit Hall access (including set-up and tear-down), Tuesday Evening Opening Reception, Meals in the Exhibit Hall, Networking Reception in Exhibit Hall on Wednesday. Please note: This registration type is available to exhibiting companies ONLY.

Please Note: Full Conference and One-Day Registrations are also available on the Exhibitor and Speaker Registration Forms. Booth Staff registration is only available to exhibiting companies and includes Exhibit Hall access during set-up, tear-down, and show hours.
Payment Methods:
Registration fees can be paid by credit card, by ACH, or by check and must be paid in full within 10 business days of registration. All outstanding balances must be paid before the conference begins to receive badge and conference materials. Payment by check will not be available after April 23, 2027, to allow for mailing and processing time (about 2 weeks from mailing). *Check payments must be received and processed by Friday, May 7, 2027.*
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing at registration@same.org by April 16, 2027. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a $125.00 processing fee per registrant. Complimentary ($0.00) registrations will not incur a cancellation fee. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 16, 2027, or for no-shows
Government Exception: The cancellation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations, which will receive a full refund at any time.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague, see instructions below.
Registration Transfer:
For a PAID registration. To transfer your registration to a colleague in your company, please have the substitute register for JETC online. On the Payment page, select "Send Invoice" from Payment Method menu. They should complete the registration, without paying. Then, email registration@same.org to request the transfer. Your original registration will be cancelled and the fee paid will be transferred to the substitute’s registration. *If the substitute’s registration rate differs (e.g., member vs. non-member, Early vs. Regular) the difference will be charged.
To transfer a Complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference registration, email registration@same.org to request cancellation of your complimentary exhibitor registration. After the cancellation is confirmed, the substitute can register using the Booth Staff Registration Form (at the top of this page) and select the Complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference option.
* Transfer requests must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, May 14, 2027. After the deadline, transfers can only be completed at the onsite Help Desk.
