ESC -- Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)

This year's official General Service Contractor is The Expo Group (TEG). You should have received an email from exhibitorservice@theexpogroup.com with a link to the online portal "ExpoPortal". This is TEG's new ordering platform and replaces the old portal, Cyberservices. Instead of receiving an assigned password, you can now create your own password during account creation. If you did not receive the introductory email from TEG, please email exhibitorservice@theexpogroup.com and they will get you started. Be sure to include SAME JETC 2026, your company name, and your booth number in your email.

Please see below for a list of approved vendors and a breakdown of what they provide.

Exhibitors in island spaces whose booths are over 12' foot high must submit a rendering for Fire Marshal approval to Kennedy Gillie at exhibit@same.org.

The Expo Group: General Service Contractor
  • Link to order services: HERE
    • You should have received an introductory email from exhibitorservice@theexpogroup.com. If you haven't you can email them to be entered into the system
    • Visit the website and enter your email
    • Once your email is verified, create your own password
    • Add additional contacts for your booth by visiting the "Manage Team" page once logged in

  • Services
    • Carpet - SAME provides basic carpeting. Carpet should only be ordered if you want padding or a specific color.
    • Material Handling - The Material Handling Agreement (MHA) must be filled out if you are shipping to and from the show
    • Shipping via Expogistics - Preferred carrier
    • Furniture
    • Custom Booths
    • ***All booths over 12 feet in height (20x20 exhibitors or larger) must submit a rendering of their booth for Fire Marshal approval. Please submit ASAP to exhibit@same.org

  • SAME will no longer cover the cost of booth vacuuming.
  • Daily Booth Vacuuming 
    • Exclusive to OCC
    • Order daily vacuuming: HERE
  • Trash Pick-up
    • SAME will cover the cost of having your trashcan at your booth emptied once a day.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • SAME does not recommend using FedEx, UPS, or other carrier services
  • Expogistics is the preferred freight carrier. You can order services through ExpoPortal
  • No matter who you are using as your shipping provider, please use the below labels on your packages
    • Advance Warehouse
      • Accepts shipments between April 22 and May 14, 2026
      • Shipments received after May 8, 2026 are subject to a surcharge
        • Exhibitors who use Expogistics as their freight provider will not be charged the surcharge for late arrivals.

      • Do not deliver before May 18, 2026
