Welcome to the EXHIBITOR Registration Form for
All persons from an exhibiting company requiring access to the exhibit hall, outside of show hours (i.e., set-up and tear-down, morning booth preparations, etc.) must register through this form, as an exhibitor.
Exhibiting companies are alloted one (1) complimentary full conference registrations per 10x10 booth purchased. The person using this complimentary registration must be registered online through this form along with any other booth staff attending. Additional exhibitors attending the conference will pay a registration fee. All registration price types (exhibit hall only, full conference, one day only) are available through this form.

If your booth is not paid in full and approved by SAME, you will not be able to register your booth staff. Keep in mind that this process is not instantaneous. Our staff makes every effort to check payments daily and approve paid companies as quickly as possible. Your Booth Coordinator receive a confirmation letter once your booth payment has been approved by SAME.
