Attendee Service Center (ASC)

If the service center says that your login information is incorrect, please try using Google Chrome. There may be an issue with other browsers such as Internet Explorer. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

For the Virtual JETC, you will access the ASC to make or update your session selections. Click on "Session Selection" in the left navigation bar.  Then, click on "Edit Education Selection" button to add sessions.  You can update your choices at any time.  However, make sure you have made your final selections 30 minutes before the start of each session, so your "Webinar Entrance" page is updated in time.   This can also be found on the left navigation bar in the ASC.      

The Attendee Service Center (ASC) is a great feature that allows you to update your individual attendee registration, access documents, and more.  The ASC is different than the exhibitor and speaker service centers, as it helps manage individual registration, not exhibit booth or speaking engagements.

Please use the email address on your registration and password contained in your registration confirmation letter to login.  This is a different password the exhibitor or speaker service center.  Your Login and password are listed on the Registration confirmation you received. If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Forgot Password?' link above and enter the email address that you provided when you registered. If the information you provide matches the information in the database, you will receive your login details via email.
