Attendee FAQs


The 2022 Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC) will be held in-person only; there will not be a virtual component this year.


No, you do not need to be a member of SAME to attend JETC. However, SAME members do receive a discounted registration fee.

If you are interested in becoming a member of SAME, you will have the opportunity during the registration process to join.

 


No. If your company has a SAME Sustaining Membership this does not mean that all employees have a SAME membership. Each organization with a Sustaining Membership must select its employees to be a Sustaining Membership Representative.

To access the Exhibit Hall during set-up and tear-down, you MUST be registered through the Booth Staff Registration Form.  If you are registered through the Attendee or Speaker forms, you will not have access to the Exhibit Hall during these times. 


Register the first person. When you get to the Registration Review Page, select, "Add additional attendee" and continue.  You will go through the same process for the next person and so forth.

When you get to the Payment page of the registration form click on the drop-down menu by "Payment Method." You will be given the option to pay by credit card, check, or send invoice.


 


Yes. If you would like to register now, but pay later please select "Send Invoice" as your payment method when you get to the Payment Page of the Registration form. When you are able to pay for your registration, please login to the Attendee Service Center. Your login information is located in your confirmation letter.

All payment is due within 10 business days of registration. You will not be able to print out your badge until we receive payment.


We expect about 2,000 attendees.
