We’re looking for your best session ideas for the 2024 JETC to help attendees reach their full potential and advance their own professional development and organization's/company's prominence. The target audience exceeds 2,500 and typically includes management, staff-level professionals and individuals both in industry and the public sector. We also know that our attendees do not want to be talked at; they want to be engaged and challenged with more technical content, so we invite you to present a session that will exceed these expectations.
We are now accepting submissions for session proposals for the 2024 Joint Engineering Training Conference (JETC)!
The sessions are scheduled to be one hour each and can be a single presenter or a panel format. Presenters are encouraged to submit presentations on their unique research, case studies and projects. Panel representatives may not all be from the same company, and it is highly encouraged to have a mix of public and private sector reps on a panel.
Submit now by clicking the START button below.

Whether you have been speaking for years or have never spoken before but feel you have experience other A/E/C professionals can learn from, please consider submitting an abstract on the following focus areas:

  • Architecture
  • Business Development & Marketing
  • Energy & Sustainability
  • Engineering & Construction
  • Environmental
  • Facility & Infrastructure Asset Management
  • Joint Engineering
  • Leadership
  • Resilience

The deadline to submit your abstract submission is by Thursday, January 4, 2024. Each speaker may submit up to two (2) sessions for consideration.
Before applying, please review the Session Submission Resources for more specifics on the types of sessions we’re looking for, speaker guidelines, and the abstract evaluation process.
