What to Do!
Individual Registration: Anyone attending from an exhibiting company should use the Exhibitor Registration Form in order to receive access to the hall during set-up/tear-down times. Your exhibit booth must be paid in full in order to register. Those speaking at the conference must register through the Speaker Service Center. All Speakers and Moderators will receive Login credentials and instructions on how to register directly from SAME's Speaker Liaison, Belle Febbraro.Anyone attending the conference must register. No one is automatically registered, including booth staff.
The correct registration form must be used. Several different registration forms will be used: one for Attendees; one for Exhibitors; one for Speakers; and one for Guests/Spouses. Please make sure to register using the correct form.
To ensure that you receive the correct registration fees when you register online, please make sure your SAME membership is up-to-date. To change, update or start your SAME membership, contact the SAME membership department at member@same.org.
