Society Ball & Awards Gala
Dine, dance and network with SAME members from across the globe and invited guests at the Society Ball & Awards Gala. This annual event will recognize the accomplishments of our national award and medal recipients, which will be presented during the Awards Gala portion. Then, get ready to dance as the Diamond Empire Band specializes in high-energy playlists that keep attendees on the dance floor!  Check out all the Awards & Medals winners who will be recognized during the gala.

Network at KC Live!
The Opening Reception is a great way to end your first day at the 2018 JETC.  KC Live! is the heartbeat of downtown Kansas City!  The block-party atmosphere will allow you to make connections, have fun, enjoy local music and cuisine, and of course quench your thirst.

Choose from over 70 education sessions to keep you at the top of your game.  Topics in areas such as facility management, energy & sustainability, architecture & engineering will help you improve your skills and knowledge and ensure you and your organization remain relevant in a competitive environment.  

Engineering Service Chiefs Panel
The Engineering Service Chiefs will participate in a panel discussion centered on the important issues facing the federal A/E/C industry and military engineering community, including the capability gaps each service is facing, the technical needs and challenges of the future, and the road ahead for the A/E/C industry.

Joint Engineer Table Top Exercise
SAME will host the 3rd annual Table Top Exercise at the 2018 JETC. The exercise will bring together Joint and Service Engineer operators and planners from across all commands, along with engineer industry representatives, to examine total engineer force capabilities and capacity to respond to a disaster scenario.

Innovation Theater
Watch presentations on innovative new products and services in SAME's Innovation Theater.  Located in the back of the exhibit hall, the theater features 30 minute presentations on Energy, GIS Mapping, Business Development and much, much, more!  Come and discover things that may just make your job a whole lot easier!
